What is Arrhythmia?
Arrhythmia occurs when the heart beats out of sync, disrupting normal blood flow. This can cause palpitations, dizziness, chest pain, or even fainting. Arrhythmias can be:
- Tachycardia: Heart rate above 100 beats per minute (bpm).
- Bradycardia: Heart rate below 60 bpm.
- Irregular rhythms: Such as atrial fibrillation (AFib), which can increase stroke risk.
