1. About Macrocare

Macrocare is a healthcare coordination and medical tourism platform that connects patients with independent healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and physicians.

Macrocare provides services including but not limited to:

• Medical case coordination

• Appointment scheduling

• Healthcare provider matching

• Treatment quotation management

• International patient support

• Travel and accommodation coordination

• Post-treatment follow-up coordination

Macrocare does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical advice.

All medical services are delivered solely by independent healthcare providers.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Macrocare acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator between patients and independent healthcare providers.

Macrocare:

• is not a hospital

• is not a clinic

• does not practice medicine

• does not provide medical advice

All medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, and procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating healthcare provider.

Patients must consult their physician or healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Macrocare does not guarantee treatment outcomes.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful

If you use our Services on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

4. User Accounts

Some Services require the creation of a Macrocare account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Macrocare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Healthcare Providers

Healthcare providers listed on the Macrocare platform are independent third parties.

Macrocare does not:

• control medical practices

• supervise providers

• guarantee provider qualifications

• guarantee provider availability

While we attempt to verify information, Macrocare does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of provider profiles.

Patients are encouraged to conduct independent verification.

6. International Medical Travel

Patients who travel internationally for treatment acknowledge that:

• medical travel carries inherent risks

• recovery conditions vary

• travel restrictions may apply

• visa approvals are outside Macrocare's control

Patients are responsible for:

• visas

• travel insurance

• travel arrangements

• post-treatment recovery requirements

Macrocare may assist with coordination but does not guarantee travel arrangements or visa approvals.

7. Appointments and Booking

Macrocare may facilitate booking appointments with healthcare providers.

However:

• appointment availability is determined by the provider

• providers may reschedule or cancel appointments

• Macrocare cannot guarantee appointment times

Patients are responsible for arriving at appointments on time.

8. Payments

Payments for services may be made through:

• credit/debit cards

• digital payment systems

• bank transfers

• cash payments at healthcare facilities

Macrocare may collect payments on behalf of healthcare providers.

Additional fees may apply including:

• international transfer fees

• currency exchange differences

• bank charges

All such fees are the responsibility of the payer.

9. Pricing and Quotations

Treatment costs may vary depending on:

• medical condition

• required procedures

• hospital policies

• additional diagnostics

Quotes provided through Macrocare are estimates and may change after medical evaluation.

Final pricing is determined by the treating healthcare provider.

10. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Appointment cancelled before scheduled time

• Healthcare provider cancels the appointment

• Services not delivered as agreed

Refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• missed appointments

• services already provided

• medical procedures already performed

Macrocare reserves the right to issue refunds as account credits where applicable.

11. User Content

Users may submit:

• reviews

• feedback

• ratings

• testimonials

By submitting content, you grant Macrocare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish such content.

Users must not submit content that is:

• defamatory

• offensive

• misleading

• illegal

• infringing on intellectual property rights

Macrocare reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for illegal activities

• distribute malware or harmful software

• attempt to hack or bypass system security

• scrape or harvest platform data

• send spam or unsolicited communications

• impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

All medical services are the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider.

Macrocare does not control or endorse such third parties and is not responsible for their content or services.

15. Privacy

Macrocare respects your privacy and protects personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to provide our services.

16. Force Majeure

Macrocare shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control including:

• natural disasters

• wars

• pandemics

• government restrictions

• transportation disruptions

• internet outages

17. Intellectual Property

All content on the Macrocare platform including:

• logos

• text

• software

• graphics

• design

is the property of Macrocare and protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
