Terms Conditions
Thank you for using our services, which include the website www.macro.care ("Site"), our application Healsy ("Application"), and the services provided by Macrocare LLC ("MacroCare," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organization or entity you legally represent ("you," "your"), and MacroCare LLC, the owner and operator of MacroCare.
These Terms apply to all users of the Site and Application, including browsers, vendors, customers, providers, and content contributors ("Users"). By accessing or using any part of the Site or Application, you agree to read, understand, and comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines, policies, or rules applicable to the Site and Application, including the MacroCare Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms and applicable laws, guidelines, and policies, please do not access or use the Site or Application.
1. Nature of the Content on Our Services
1.1 Overview: Our Services may include text, data, graphics, images, or other content (collectively, "Content") created by us or third parties, including healthcare providers and partners such as physicians, hospitals, polyclinics, laboratories, scan centers, and pharmacies.
1.2 Our Services: Our services encompass the Site and Application, allowing users to book healthcare providers, including clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic labs for physical consultations. Our Public and Protected Services are collectively referred to as the "Services." Our Services are designed to help you search for and book appointments with healthcare providers. You acknowledge that certain Services may be available under different names and may be offered by MacroCare subsidiaries, affiliates, or independent Providers.
1.2.1 Public Services: Some Services are available without the need for registration or obtaining a password, referred to as "Public Services." Users may use Public Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided they comply with these Terms. Public Services include directories for physicians, medical consultants, and branches of laboratories and scan centers, collectively referred to as "Providers." The Directories are provided for your convenience, but listing in the Directories does not constitute a recommendation or warranty regarding a Provider's services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy of information related to professional qualifications, expertise, quality of work, pricing, insurance, or any other content available through the Services. We do not endorse or recommend any individual or entity listed through the Services. While bookings can be made through our site, we cannot guarantee Provider availability or predict appointment cancellations.
1.2.2 Protected Services: Certain Services are protected by technical measures to secure the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of sensitive information shared through our Services. These are referred to as "Protected Services." Protected Services may require user authentication through Credentials, such as unique identifiers, usernames, and passwords. To access or use a Protected Service on behalf of someone other than yourself (e.g., a family member), you must identify and provide information about each relevant individual ("Principal"). You have ownership of the data shared through Protected Services. By agreeing, you give Providers permission to send you information through your private account on the Site. You may also agree to share a copy of this data with the treating doctor through our Services. This data is kept private and cannot be shared with third parties. If you prefer not to have a Medical Record created using your data, you can request MacroCare not to share your data, and we will comply with your request.
1.3 Content: Our Services may allow access to reviews and forums where Users can share information, opinions, ratings, and other Content. We do not routinely pre-screen or monitor Content, which may reflect individual opinions. Our Services may also include survey results, ratings, or testimonials ("Evaluations") from users describing their experiences with Providers and the Services received. These Evaluations are personal accounts and do not represent a Provider's judgment or medical science. We do not endorse the Evaluations, and they are subject to errors and biases. Content obtained from MacroCare or its partners is for informational, scheduling, and payment purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice. You should independently verify Content through other sources, including relevant medical associations, state medical boards, and licensing or certification authorities.
