Manual therapy

Manual therapy is an advanced physical therapy approach that involves the use of the therapist’s hands to assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions. It includes techniques such as joint mobilization, manipulation, and soft tissue release, which aim to decrease pain, reduce stiffness, restore normal movement, and enhance circulation.
