Infertility Evaluation and Management
The management of infertility begins with a thorough assessment of both partners. Dr. Abo Elserour conducts detailed evaluations that include hormonal profiling, ultrasound imaging, ovarian reserve testing, semen analysis, and assessment of tubal and uterine factors.
Working alongside Macrocare’s medical coordination teams, patients are guided through every diagnostic step efficiently, ensuring that investigations are performed accurately, interpreted correctly, and explained clearly. This coordinated approach minimizes delays and reduces the emotional and logistical burden often associated with infertility workups.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Assisted Reproductive Technologies
IVF is one of Dr. Abo Elserour’s core specialties. The process involves controlled ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, fertilization in the laboratory, embryo culture, and embryo transfer.
Dr. Abo Elserour applies individualized stimulation protocols based on each patient’s age, ovarian reserve, hormonal profile, and previous treatment responses. His training in France enables him to utilize up-to-date international IVF protocols, maximizing success rates while prioritizing patient safety.
Macrocare plays a vital role during IVF treatment by coordinating appointments, facilitating communication between patients and IVF laboratories, organizing medication plans, and ensuring continuity between diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up phases.
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
ICSI is a specialized form of IVF commonly used in cases of male factor infertility. In this procedure, a single sperm is injected directly into the egg to facilitate fertilization.

Dr. Abo Elserour performs advanced laparoscopic procedures with a focus on fertility preservation. The advantages of laparoscopy include smaller incisions, reduced pain, shorter recovery times, and improved reproductive outcomes.
Macrocare supports patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery by arranging hospital admissions, coordinating preoperative assessments, and ensuring postoperative follow-up, allowing patients to focus on recovery rather than logistics.
