Patients can access detailed information about hospitals, doctors, and medical services to make informed treatment decisions in Egypt.

To facilitate patient onboarding, Macrocare developed a streamlined process:

1. Patients complete an assessment form, detailing their condition and contact information.
2. A trained team evaluates their case and coordinates with partner medical providers to develop a treatment plan.
3. Upon approval, the patient receives a cost estimate for their treatment, including accommodation and medical procedures.
4. Coordination begins for clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and procedures, ensuring a smooth treatment journey.

Additionally, post-treatment follow-up and remote medical consultations are available to ensure ongoing patient care.
